Frequently asked questions
The questions we are actually asked, answered without hedging. If yours is not here, write to us: the team answers directly.
Is LOGOS a website builder like the ones sold online?
No. A website builder gives you a template and leaves you alone with it. LOGOS is a method and a platform: a designer sets the direction, AI agents build the site, and nothing goes online until it passes eight quality points. You get a site made for your shop or your brand, not a theme everyone else is using.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes, on the parts that really change: opening hours, news, services, events, images, contacts. You click on the page, change the text, publish. The layout and the brand stay protected. The selective CMS is in development; until it is connected, the changes are made by us.
Do I have to type my products in?
That is exactly what LOGOS is designed to avoid: the products of the bike trade are already normalised in the EurekaBike catalogue, and the site is meant to read them from there. The connection to the catalogue is on the release plan; today the products a site shows are agreed project by project.
Can I sell online from the site?
Selling is not LOGOS’s job: it hands over to the e-commerce platforms of the suite, TAMEION for a small, self-contained catalogue and EMPORION for the catalogue of the network. The site and the shop look like one thing; behind them, each platform does its own job.
Who hosts the site, and on which domain?
The site goes online on your domain. Hosting is always chosen and managed by EurekaGO, so you never have to deal with servers, certificates or updates.
What about Google and AI answers?
The platform does it: sitemaps, structured data, social previews, the files AI assistants read, and redirects when a page moves are all generated from the content. Titles and descriptions arrive pre-filled; you change them only if you want to.
Privacy, cookies, company details?
Every site goes online with a privacy and cookie policy, the company details required in the footer, and a consent banner: no analytics or advertising tag fires before the visitor agrees. Those tags are switched on only if you want them.
Where do we start?
With the site you have today, or with the one you wish you had. Tell us who it is for and what has to change, and we will tell you honestly whether LOGOS fits and where to start.
