Edit what changes.
Protect the rest.
Once the site is live, LOGOS connects only the parts the client really needs to change. Everything else stays in the code, as it was designed.
Why selective
A bike shop changes its opening hours in winter, announces a group ride, adds a service to the workshop, posts the news of the season. It does not redesign its home page every week.
A traditional CMS gives everyone the power to change everything, and within a year the site is a patchwork of blocks, typefaces and scripts nobody remembers adding. LOGOS turns that around: the parts that change are declared when the site is designed, and those are the ones the client edits — on the real page, by clicking what they see.
Four ideas, one way of editing
Everything is edited the same way: click it where you see it.
A title, a paragraph, an image, a button: the parts declared editable when the site is designed. Every image asks for its description, in Italian and in English.
News, services, team, events, partners, price lists: written once and shown wherever the site needs them, filtered and in order.
Opening hours, contacts, company details: changed in one place, updated on every page that shows them.
Drafts save themselves; the button shows how many changes are waiting, and every publication can be rolled back.
SEO and AI answers, done by the platform
Sitemaps, canonical addresses, redirects when a page moves, structured data, social previews and the files AI assistants read are generated from the content itself. Titles and descriptions arrive pre-filled: the client changes them only if they want to.
For a shop, what matters most is being found nearby: name, address, opening hours and contacts are entered once and kept identical everywhere, so search engines and AI assistants read the same shop wherever they look.
Flexibility comes from the design, not from a free layout.
What LOGOS deliberately does not do
No page builder
Free rearranging of blocks is what turns a designed site into a patchwork. The layout is decided once, when the site is designed.
No scripts pasted by hand
Analytics and advertising tags are a closed list: switched on only where the client wants them, and only after the visitor’s consent.
No catalogue per site
Products are designed to come from the network’s catalogue; selling online is handed to the suite’s e-commerce platforms, not rebuilt inside the site.
No dependence on the CMS
The sites are static and fast. If the CMS were switched off, they would go on working exactly as they are.
Status
The build method is in use today on the sites of the bike network. The selective CMS is in development: the first sites to be connected to it are on the release plan.
